Naperville Bathroom Remodel – Before & After

For one Naperville family, relocating their lives to a new community was an easy journey. They found a great neighborhood, welcoming church and a lovely house to call home. But their new house needed a little TLC — especially their master bath. But a bathroom remodel is no easy task.

When it came time to breathe new life into their dated, 90’s style bathroom, Lellbach Builders was happy to take on the challenge.

The underutilized storage space, hard to use whirlpool tub, and dated corner vanities had to go. In their place was room to create a brand new spa-like retreat master bath! This master bathroom remodel design had all the current amenities. But it never lost the essence of the original bathroom.

A new soaking bathtub took the place of the old large whirlpool tub. Settling nicely in the existing arched window niche, it creates a beautiful focal point for the space.

The addition of new double vanity cabinets with a center tower provides plenty of storage and elbow room. In addition, separate sink areas for both individuals give some much needed extra space for morning prep.

An oversize shower was added, to create a spa-like atmosphere. Complete with a natural stone look, porcelain tile, and sparkling glass mosaics, it’s the ideal way to start the day off on the right foot. A easy-to-use rain shower head and handheld combo, creates more versatility and functionality.

Although hidden from plain view, a laundry basket cabinet and ironing board are in a convenient location, ready for everyday use.

The addition of a hanging crystal chandelier brings the entire project together, and provides a sense of ambience to the room.

Neutral stone, white cabinets, sparkling crystal and chrome materials help paint a picture that is both elegant and timeless.

And with that, this master bathroom remodeling project is complete! The two are now ready to enjoy their home and all that Naperville has to offer!
