Thinking it might be time for a bathroom update? That’s exactly what the Brown’s were thinking. Their old bathroom was functional, but no where near what they envisioned. They had so many great ideas for their master bathroom remodel. They turned to Lellbach Builders to make those ideas a reality.
The Brown’s family home had evolved into a 24/7 office for Dad and a command central kitchen for mom. Not to mention a school and hang space for their 4 kids. It’s a happening place everyone wants to be. But at the end of the day, Mom and Dad needed a quiet retreat space for themselves….
The solution? A master bath remodel designed for the perfect escape.
Their large 90’s master bath had once been a thing of wonder. But the deck whirlpool tub and double cultured marble sinks didn’t meet their current desire for a peaceful escape with just the right amenities.
Rethinking Master Bathroom Remodeling
A few tweaks to the floor plan transformed the layout to meet the Browns goals for their master retreat. Relocating the common door from the master bedroom to the master bath created new space for his and hers vanities.
Building a private toilet room created the ideal alcove for a soaking tub. Enlarging the shower, installing a shower system with body sprays and adding a bench seat brought the Brown’s closer to their dream bath.
But it was the addition of floor heat as the final detail that turned this bathroom into a true luxury retreat. No more stepping out of the shower or tub onto cold floors.
Keeping the color scheme and materials intentionally neutral added to the calming atmosphere. Large scale gray marble porcelain tile on the floor and shower walls keep the space open and warm.
Herringbone Carrara marble mosaic on the shower floor, framed on the shower wall and sink backsplash add design interest. Custom painted white vanities with marble quartz counters contrast beautifully against the gray tile floors and warm gray walls.
And last but not least, the touch of chrome accessories adds sparkle to this luxury bathroom remodel.
Even though the Brown’s home still hosts a flurry of family activity, Mom and Dad now have a peaceful retreat they can call their own!
